Email us within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step. No confusion, no hassle.

U.S. Returns (Easy & Covered)
We provide prepaid return labels for all U.S. orders—so sending your item back is completely hassle-free.

International Returns (Still Simple)
For orders outside the U.S., you can return your item using a carrier of your choice (we don’t provide prepaid labels).

Once we receive your return, we’ll reimburse your return shipping cost as store credit or a gift card you can use anytime—no expiration.

Refunds
After we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
