U.S. Returns

We provide a prepaid return label for eligible U.S. returns. A flat $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when you use our prepaid return label.

This fee does not apply to approved exchanges or items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Returns

For orders outside the U.S., customers may return their item using a carrier of their choice. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed.

Return shipping costs are reimbursed as Voisson store credit or a gift card only in the following cases:

Approved exchanges
Approved damaged items
Approved incorrect-item claims

Once we receive valid proof of the return shipping cost, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit or a gift card. Store credit and gift cards have no expiration date and can be used on a future Voisson purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
