  • Canada: Your order should reach you in 7 - 14 working days.
  • Europe: Delivery times range from 7 - 15 working days.
  • Rest of the world: Please allow 10 - 15 working days for delivery.

Shipping Information

We know you’re excited to receive your new piece – and we’re just as excited to send it your way!
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it’s on the move.

Delivery Timelines:

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons. If you're ordering for a special occasion, we recommend checking estimated delivery times with your local courier to avoid any last-minute surprises.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

We can’t take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address, or for those left with a neighbor or in a designated safe spot at your request.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or something feels off, our support team is always here to help.

Need to exchange? We’ve got you.

If your piece isn’t quite right, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery – no stress, no questions. Just make sure it’s unworn and in its original packaging. We’ll happily cover the shipping for your first exchange. (Need another swap? You’ll just cover the delivery.)

Prefer a refund? No problem.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll send your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes 7–14 days from when it gets back to us – we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

A gentle note about returns:

We’re not able to cover customs duties or taxes on returns. You’ll be responsible for shipping it back to us, and we strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping to make sure it gets to us safely. (We can’t issue refunds for returns that get lost in transit.)
